Refunds and Cancellations

We updated our cancellation policy as of 2022 - Please check it out here. If you have any questions, please contact the camp office at contact@beaconbibleamp.com or 705-762-5333

Payment Structure

For all summer camp sessions, we require a 25% deposit during the registration process. This helps us know you are serious about attending camp!

You can choose to pay in full on the day you register, or you can pay in installments. All fees must be payed in full by June first.

If you need to talk to someone about this payment structure, please contact the camp office at contact@beaconbibleamp.com or 705-762-5333

Smoking and Vaping

Our camp facility is a smoke-free and vape-free facility. If you or your campers would like to talk to us about this, please contact the camp office at contact@beaconbibleamp.com or 705-762-5333

Cell Phone Policy

Lastly, this is a friendly reminder that cell phones and other similar technology are not a part of Beacon’s programs. Camp is a special time for campers to unplug and connect with friends and staff the old-fashioned way: face to face. We want this to apply even to our family camps. We ask that if you must use your cell phone, you keep it in your cabin, so as not to distract other families who are choosing to go tech-free for the week.

For the record, we think cameras are great. Especially when you take beautiful photos and share them with us!

If you have any questions, please get in touch with us. We want your family to have the best summer possible, and we hope that Beacon will be a part of that summer!
