Beacon is proud to support campers who might not be able attend camp because of their financial situation.
Camper Sponsorship
At Beacon, we believe that no child should miss out on the life-changing experience of camp because of financial barriers. This commitment to campers is made possible through the generosity of donors who believe the same.
Beacon's camper sponsorship program is available to campers ages 18 and younger. Each individual is eligible for one camp session per calendar year. We do ask that all families to contribute towards sending their kids to camp in some way (usually with a smaller deposit for the camp session), however, we are always happy to talk to you if you feel that it would still be difficult to attend without support.
There are many families that ask for camper sponsorship, It is our joy and privilege to help everyone - We ask that you also consider other sources of support, including family members, church support funds or other non-profit organizations. The more people and organizations that partner with us, the more kids we can support through our Sponsorship Fund.
If you would like to apply for camper sponsorship, please follow these instructions:
Register your camper for their camp session on the Beacon Registration Portal. This will ensure that your camper has a spot at camp while the sponsorship process is completed.
Once your campers are registered, complete the form below (click on 'Apply for Camper Sponsorship’).
The staff at Beacon will confidentially review your application and respond to you within a few days of your request. This will involve a phone call to discuss your application.
When approved, Beacon will apply a credit to your account. You can pay for the remaining fees using a timeline that works for you. Just ask us about it - we want to help!
Please note: All information related to camper sponsorship remains confidential, and is viewed by the administration at Beacon Bible Camp for sponsorship purposes only. Your camper will be treated the same as every other camper at camp - with love and and care as a child of God. Full-Time Ministry Discount
At Beacon we wish to partner with those who partner with us in the gospel - Our Ministry Discount is available to all full-time staff and their families. Each individual is eligible for one camp session per calendar year. We ask that you also consider other sources of support, including family members, church support funds or other non-profit organizations. The more people and organizations that partner with us, the more campers we can support through our Ministry Discount Fund.
If you would like to apply for our full-time ministry discount , please follow these instructions:
Register yourself/your camper for the desired camp session on the Beacon Registration Portal. This will ensure that all campers have a spot reserved while the sponsorship process is completed.
