Do you want to provide your own kitchen staff, have Beacon provide kitchen staff, or a combination of the two? *

For every rental, Beacon provides a head cook to supervise the safe and healthy preparation of food during your stay at our facility. This question refers to the other kitchen staff who help prepare food. Minimum number of kitchen staff apply to rental groups, and each kitchen staff is charged at $100/day (for three meals/day).

Do you plan to go swimming or boating during your rental at Beacon (fall/spring only)? *

Beacon's waterfront is available to you to use for swimming and boating, if certified lifeguards are present and actively guarding (not swimming with the rest of the group, but supervising the swim/boat time). With enough notice, Beacon can work to provide lifeguards for you, charged at an hourly rate of $20 (with a 3 hour minimum).

Payment Method *

I understand that payment for our rental can be made by one cheque or one credit card payment (excluding deposits). If payment is made by credit card, a 3% surcharge will apply to cover processing fees. Cheques should be made out to "Beacon Bible Camp" with my group's name in the memo field. I understand that final payment is due when my group arrives at Beacon, and that cheques should be given to the Beacon staff member welcoming my group.

Participant Calculation *

I understand that the final invoice amount will be calculated using the attendee numbers given to Beacon, due 5 business days before my rental begins. While Beacon strives to be fair and transparent about participant costs, I understand that food purchases and preparations must be made, therefore no refund will be given if less participants attend my rental than the final numbers given to Beacon.

Additional Participants *

I understand that if more participants plan to attend my rental than the final numbers given to the Beacon office, I will contact the office as soon as possible to see if additional places at camp can be allocated. I understand that this cannot be guaranteed, and a separate invoice will be generated for these attendees, at the same rates as the rest of the group.
