Winter can be intimidating. Winter howls and precipitates and chills and does whatever it can to force humanity to stay inside.
But there are the few, the strong - the Beacon staff - who will brave this ferocity to lead campers on adventures of a lifetime.
Are you one of these camp-loving winter warriors?
FAMILY DAY FESTIVAL NEEDS
Although the winter season means Beacon is regularly used by rental groups, there are still Beacon-hosted weekends and events which require volunteer staff just like during the summer. One of the biggest areas of staff need is the upcoming Family Day Festival on Monday, February 19th. Up to 150 participants will descend upon Beacon, full of excitement for winter fun.
We are seeking volunteer staff to do jobs such as:
- Greet and direct participants
- Supervise indoor and outdoor activities
- Help in the kitchen
